Marketing Accounts Director
- High-levels of account engagement, specifically on the ability to build and cultivate executive-level relationships at named accounts
- Extensive experience of XX years in developing solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously coordinating the involvement of the necessary business personnel inclusive of support, service, and resource management in order to meet key account performance objectives and the consumers’ expectations
- Playing the lead strategic role in the account management department, drives & develops account-specific growth strategies and approaches; establishes revenue goals & strategies that advance the accounts’ performance and enables the achievement of the department’s as well as the business’s financial goals
- Deals in the achievement of excellence & insight in order to surpass consumer expectations; proactively leads the business’s strategic account planning processes and develops performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones for weekly/monthly/annual periods
- Solid understanding of the competitive market in order to realize how best to acquire & retain high-value consumers; developing industry-leading relationships with external key account contacts for ensuring that the business receives constant leads on potential key clients
- Dexterous in heading the entire key account management team; interacting directly with consumers; capable of maintaining clear, unambiguous, exhaustive, and fulfilling communications with the consumers leaving them feeling satisfied and tending to
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements; solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress; knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships; outstanding organizational and leadership skills
