- Extensive experience of XX years inpresenting menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies); preparing tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses; informing customers about the day’s specials
- Skilled in checking dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems; arranging table settings and maintain a tidy dining area; delivering checks and collect bill payments; carrying out dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
- Adept in takingfood and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude; writing patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff; engaging withcustomers in a friendly manner; knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
- Gracefully suggesting/upsellingadditional menu items, such as desserts and drinks; accurately take customer ordersandrelay them to the kitchen staff; memorizing the menu for on-demand recitation and questions about ingredients; experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
