Regional Sales Manager
- Extensive experience of XX years in designing or contributing to marketing programs; formulating & implementing long and short term sales strategies for an assigned district; overseeing the sales activities of the organization’s products/services in a particular district
- Skilled in devising cross selling campaigns and programs; managing and directing sales force for the achievement of sales goals within assigned district of the region; evaluating appropriate new sales techniques and ensure its implementation in order to increase sales volume of the region
- instrumental in conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends as well as competitor moves to achieve market share metrics; evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs); familiarity with CRM software; ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Deft in creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members; imparting training to the field functionaries to ensure sales and operational efficiency
