- Extensive experience of XX years in using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships with candidates and employers; advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media; reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
- Adept in formulating and managing recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities; effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness; deft in ensuring each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to client expectation
- Skilled in writing recruitment advertisements for both internal and external use; working closely with internal clients on identifying and implementing retention strategies for high turnover areas; facilitating recruitment and selection training for both new managers and refresher training for experienced managers
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes; good knowledge of candidates selection methods; understanding of recruitment marketing software; good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
