- Serving as an In-charge of finding and placing effective job candidates within organization according to the projects' and teams' requirements
- Skilled in matching job requirements with possible personnel, conducting extensive research based on the position needs, and interacting with employers and prospective candidates
- Adept in contacting prospect employee using a variety of methods such as via telephone, by email, or in person; screeningand selectingcandidates in compliance with all employer and government regulations
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing); experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels; knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems; excellent communication and relationship-building skills
