Employment Recruiter
- An Accomplished Employment Recruiter with extensive experience of 8+ years in advising and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database; sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
- Serving as in In-charge of finding and placing effective job candidates within the organization according to the projects' and teams' requirements
- Skilled in matching job requirements with possible personnel, conducting extensive research based on the position needs, and interacting with employers and prospective candidates
- Adept in contacting prospective employees using a variety of methods such as via telephone, by email, or in person; screening and selecting candidates in compliance with all employer and government regulations
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing); experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels; knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems; excellent communication and relationship-building skills
