- Extensive experience of XX years in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts; welding small and large components such as copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines; using specialized machinery for industrial welding and overseeing machines that perform the same job
- Adept in assessing welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors; following up and enforcing strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes; monitoring machinery for appropriate usage and temperature
- Deft in determining appropriate welding equipment or machinery to be used; setting-up components for welding; aligning components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces; testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
- Extensive experience using a variety of welding equipment, machinery, and procedures; ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings; good knowledge of and adherence to safety standards
