- An Experienced Lawyer represents clients in criminal and civil litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, or manages or advises clients on legal transactions
- Extensive experience of XX years in preparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts; analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents; identifying implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information
- Adept in preparing legal briefs and opinions, and filing appeals in state and federal courts of appeal; studying the Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases; researching relevant legal materials to aid decision making; presenting and summarize cases to judges and juries
- Adroit in investigating the case by interviewing and collecting necessary information from the clients and witnesses and documenting them for reference while presenting the case in the court; developing and implementing strategies, gathering evidence to present the case understanding the details of the case
- Skilled in evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of case; possess profound verbal communication skills to present the case in an influential manner in the court; good interrogative skills to collect appropriate information from the witnesses and the clients
