- An Accomplished Building/Home Inspector having vast knowledge of all home systems; accurately assesses plumbing roofs insulation electrical foundations and conditions of interior surfaces and walls to arrive at estimated repair costs for potential buyers and sellers
- Extensive experience of XX years inspecting various buildings; exceptional knowledge of the heating, plumbing, and electrical systems that are used in the building houses’ profound knowledge of the various construction techniques; ability to interpret the various written and oral instructions
- Skilled in producing detailed measurements showing a project meets given specifications and applicable building codes; notifying supervisors of any anomalies or discrepancies that relate to the building, equipment, and anything else with predetermined guidelines
- Adept in recording and organizing all findings and including a detailed description of the methods and instruments used to collect data; creating detailed comparisons of the conditions of the different building sections, including discrepancies in color, weight, size, and grades of the materials used
- Deft in marking or removing components that are not in accordance with project standards and guidelines, provided the removal does not jeopardize building integrity; thoroughly inspecting all blueprints, data, and manuals to educate yourself and confirm that no planning errors exist in written form
- Expert in maintaining records of all test results to be presented to managers or future inspectors; writing reports as necessary to offer corrective actions when certain materials or fixtures do not meet building standards; ability to estimate the cost of damages to housing units
- Profound knowledge of the federal quality standards and local ordinances along with the necessary building codes; deep knowledge of the construction methods and lease agreements and contracts; good understanding of building trades and construction methods
