- Extensive experience of XX years inplanning, organizing, andleading activities for groups or recreation centers; explainingthe rules of the activities and instruct participants at a variety of skill levels
- Enforcingsafety rules to prevent injury; modifyingactivities to suit the needs of specific groups, such as seniors; administering basic first aid if needed
- Deft in explainingprinciples, techniques, and safety procedures to participants in recreational activities, and demonstrate use of materials and equipment
- Adept in evaluatingrecreation areas, facilities, and services in order to determine if they are producing desired results; directingspecial activities or events such as aquatics, gymnastics, or performing arts
- Skilled in encouragingparticipants to develop their own activities and leadership skills through group discussions; providing for entertainment and set up related decorations and equipment
