- Deft in generating cost estimates for different conservation practices based on the needs of land users, maintenance requirements, and the life expectancy of specific practices; participating in environmental impact assessments
- Experienced in computing design specifications for implementation of conservation practices, using survey and field information technical guides, engineering manuals, and calculator
- Deep knowledge of soil conservation techniques; operational knowledge of tools and machinery of the trade; ability to work with land users and associates; possess excellent communication skills
