Energy Project Manager
- An Accomplished Energy Project Manager possesses expertise in serving as an Energy Technology Manager for Technology Integration (TI) projects and addressing a wide variety of highly complex projects/programs, and recommending solutions to program problems of an especially complex, difficult, or sensitive nature
- Extensive experience of XX years in developing and producing contract planning documents; managing and creating project management plans, QA plans, safety plans & organizational charts; managing deliverables to ensure that they are submitted on time for review
- Significant experience working in energy efficiency/management; ability to manage project timelines, contractor scopes, and project budgets; working knowledge of demand-side energy analytics and management; knowledge of data collection and analysis methods
- Skilled in reviewing portfolio property's energy usage and cost to identify opportunities, recommend interventions, secure energy project funding, and complete new energy projects across the portfolio; experience working with energy data to identify consumption trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve a building’s performance
- Experience with energy codes and standards and/or specification development; demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis; tracking of industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency
- Adept in analyzing energy project-specific risks and opportunities; developing a risk management plan which coordinates the development, project execution strategy, contracting/commercial strategy, and project insurance; involved in project planning by defining scope, estimating costs, and creating a project schedule
